The living and sleeping areas are visually separated, so despite the studio layout, you have enough room and privacy. You sleep in a comfortable double bed, and there is also a high-quality sofa bed available. The kitchen is separate and features a large serving hatch, so you can stay connected while cooking and no one is left alone. Wi-Fi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure you feel at home right away. The modern bathroom has a bathtub with a shower option. Thanks to the elevator, you can access the apartment and all areas of the building without any steps. On your large, partly covered terrace, you can enjoy views of the greenery—a real highlight. The communal, heated indoor pool is available year-round (except for about two weeks in November). You also have access to a shared sauna, fitness room, foosball, and table tennis.
